The HBCU HIGHERlearning Tour, formerly the HBCU Cannabis Equity Initiative (HBCUCEI) tour, aims to expand the representation of African American leaders, experts, and entrepreneurs in various cannabis-related fields, such as ownership, politics, research, and education. We achieve this through a series of thoughtful panel discussions that focus on the politics, challenges, and opportunities in the cannabis industry.

Our ultimate objective is to mitigate the adverse social, educational, and economic effects of cannabis in marginalized communities while concurrently fostering a more diverse and robust pool of minority professionals, experts, STEM leaders, entrepreneurs, and engaged civic participants.
